Rehabilitation Consultation

Untitled design.png

Kari obtained her equine rehabilitation certification (CERP) from the University of Tennessee in 2015 and has spent most of her vet tech career working directly in equine rehabilitation. Kari will work with your veterinarian to build a cohesive and detailed rehabilitation program for your horse. It is a goal of hers to keep your horse strong and mentally stimulated during the sometimes long and daunting process of rehabilitation. Each horse, and owner, is an individual and each rehab plan should be specific to you and your horse. Some things that might be added to a basic program:

  • Core Stretching or Core Building Activities

  • Stifle Strengthening Activities

  • Modification to footing, timing, incline and body posture

  • Controlled Exercise

  • Acuscope and Myopulse Therapy

  • Class IV Laser Therapy
